You will work directly with two partners and gain exposure to end-to-end deal execution. Expect fast learning, meaningful ownership, and a clear path to associate within two to three years.

The office is in Fitzrouoy Square with a two-day-per-week hybrid arrangement.

How to Apply

Review Northgate's public portfolio page and select two companies you find interesting. In your cover letter, explain in 200 words why one of them is a strong investment and one caveat you would flag.

  2. 2

Submit your CV together with the cover letter through the Northgate careers page.

  3. 3

The process typically includes a case study (unpaid, 3 hours), a modelling test, and interviews with two partners.
