Overview
Northgate Capital Partners is a growth-stage investment firm backing European FinTech founders from Series A through Series C. The analyst team plays a critical role: modelling opportunities, running due diligence, and preparing memos for the investment committee.
You will work directly with two partners and gain exposure to end-to-end deal execution. Expect fast learning, meaningful ownership, and a clear path to associate within two to three years.
The office is in Fitzrouoy Square with a two-day-per-week hybrid arrangement.
Step 2
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models
- Conduct market and competitive research on target companies
- Draft investment memos and portfolio updates
- Support due diligence workstreams (commercial, financial, product)
- Prepare materials for investment committee meetings
- Contribute to portfolio-company operating reviews
Step 3
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or a startup finance role
- Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent written English for memo writing
- Genuine interest in the European FinTech landscape
