Step 2

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and attracting top talent that aligns with our company culture and values.
  • Develop and implement robust employee relations strategies, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, to foster a high-performance culture and support employee growth.
  • Champion learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs and coordinating programs that enhance employee skills and career progression within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations in the UAE, staying updated on changes and proactively implementing necessary adjustments to HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership, identifying trends and recommending strategies to improve HR effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role within the hospitality industry or a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in UAE labor law and regulations, with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex employee relations issues and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development relevant to the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse working styles and backgrounds.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of using data to inform decisions and develop strategic HR solutions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation purposes.
