Step 2

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and presentations.
  • Assist in the production of design assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide fresh perspectives on ongoing design projects.
  • Support the team in preparing design files for print and digital output, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct research on design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform design decisions.
  • Manage and organize design files, assets, and project documentation for efficient workflow.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, observing and learning about client communication and feedback integration.
  • Take initiative to learn new design software and techniques to enhance personal and team capabilities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Possession of a strong portfolio showcasing foundational graphic design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated passion for design, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow within a professional studio setting.
  • Prior internship experience or involvement in design projects, even academic, is a plus.
