Step 2

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and industry-specific job boards. Conduct initial phone screenings and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Maintain and update candidate records in our robust applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Support the coordination and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones. Craft compelling job descriptions and engaging outreach messages to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop your understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends. Collaborate on ad-hoc talent acquisition projects aimed at optimizing our recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience. Research and identify new sourcing channels and recruitment technologies to improve overall efficiency and outreach.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong passion for talent acquisition and a keen interest in understanding various industries and job roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely. Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software is a plus, but not required. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a desire to contribute meaningfully to the team.
