• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytical models and machine learning algorithms for FinTech products.
• Define and execute the data science roadmap, aligning with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from conception and data collection to model validation and deployment.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and FinTech trends, introducing best practices to the team.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role, preferably in FinTech.
• Proven expertise in machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and experimental design.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R and SQL; experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a significant plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
