As our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Head of Communications to execute integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and our website. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, coordinating events, and supporting public relations efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication plans.
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and other platforms.
  • Manage and update the organization's website content using a CMS.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, workshops, and webinars.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with our online community.
  • Support media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and media kits.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and website analytics.
  • Maintain communication calendars and content schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Basic understanding of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
