• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals, considering their lifestyle and functional requirements.
• Implement a variety of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and patient education, ensuring techniques are evidence-based.
• Monitor patient progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and document all assessments, treatments, and communications accurately and in a timely manner within our digital patient management system.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including referring physicians and specialists, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide expert guidance and education to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-management strategies to promote long-term health and independence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in physiotherapy practices and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the clinic, attending relevant workshops and seminars.
• Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set forth by Danish healthcare regulations, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, with full authorization to practice in Denmark.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Physiotherapist, ideally within a private clinic or rehabilitation setting, demonstrating a strong clinical acumen.
• Proficiency in conducting detailed patient assessments, formulating diagnoses, and designing effective, individualized treatment programs for diverse musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, enabling clear and empathetic interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
• Valid professional liability insurance and a commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning in the field of physiotherapy.
• Familiarity with common physiotherapy equipment and software for patient management and scheduling, showcasing adaptability to new technologies.
