Step 2

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for FinTech products, aligning with Aurora Bank's overarching business objectives and market needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch, iteration, and post-launch performance monitoring for FinTech solutions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, presenting product updates, strategic initiatives, and performance metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all FinTech products comply with relevant financial regulations and security standards in cooperation with legal and compliance departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing products and identify new opportunities for innovation within Aurora Bank's FinTech portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within the FinTech or financial services industry, ideally with a focus on digital banking or payment solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and launching successful technology products with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to conduct market analysis, competitive research, and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and features.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Fluency in English is required; professional working proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
