Step 1

Overview

Wildroot Brand Studio manages the brand and community for three lifestyle e-commerce companies. We are hiring a social media manager who can turn brand ideas into weekly content that actually performs.

You will own strategy, calendar, and posting across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest for the three brands. A junior designer and a video freelancer support execution, but you set the vision and quality bar.

We work fully remote across EU timezones with quarterly in-person offsites in a different European city each time.

  • Ship weekly content and respond to community engagement
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, saves, click-through) and share monthly reports
  • Test new formats and platforms as they emerge
  • Partner with founders on brand voice evolution
