Step 2
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing a diverse range of channels including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within BrightGrid Energy.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress towards hiring goals.
- Play a key role in enhancing BrightGrid Energy's employer brand through engaging content and active participation in relevant industry communities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive journey regardless of outcome.
Step 3
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, preferably within the renewable energy, technology, or related engineering sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, from entry-level to senior leadership positions.
- Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional platforms.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to identify critical competencies and cultural alignment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in using data to drive recruitment decisions.
- A solid understanding of UK employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
