Step 2
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design for a variety of digital products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product vision, features, and user flows that align with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that meet the needs of diverse users and adhere to accessibility standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, championing user-centered design principles within the studio.

Requirements
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a UX/UI Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped digital products.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and analyzing user data.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- A passion for creating intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
